Over a year and half years since their last release 'Up To Now', Snow Patrol are back and are set to unleash a new single and album this year.  　　Called Out In The Dark' will be the first offering from the new album and will be given it's worldwide exclusive first play this Thursday 21st July between 7-8pm on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show in the UK.
