by MagiSci This soundtrack is superb. It's perfect for the movie, which I consider one of the best, if not the best, Zombie movie ever made. The Crazies is a thinking persons Zombie movie. Everything makes sense in a series of horrific malicious events. The characters, action and set pieces fall together perfectly. The acting, direction and settings are inspired. The movie is exceptionally well served by the soundtrack. It adds an eeriness to the scenes that is so perfectly creepy that, at times, I found myself looking around the room or inadvertently jumping at imagined sounds. This is truly a rarity in horror music soundtracks; perfectly composed and exceptionally listenable. It's outstanding and has my highest recommendation!
